Blast Radius have been selected to take part in an international cross-discipline science and art residency run by the Albanian Ornithological Society.

The Bird Ringing & Art Residency is Albania's second ecology-and-art field residency. It gathers bird ringers, ecologists, anthropologists, artists, and nature observers to explore spring migration within the Protected Landscape 'Vjose-Narte."

The residency links art and conservation across wetlands, salinas, sand dunes, and coastal lagoons, focusing on sustainability, socio-biodiversity, innovation, and climate awareness. Each dawn is dedicated to mist-netting and bird ringing following EUR/NG standards, while afternoons open space for cross-disciplinary exploration, drawing, photography, sound, and working with natural materials gathered in the field. The focus is on observation, notation, and translation of field experience into visual or narrative forms.
